CAHL Communications Process

With such a wide range of participants and the importance of communication, it is important that we all work together to make the league operate smoothly. With this in mind, this is the way the CAHL manages the needs of the participants around the needs of the volunteers who manage the league itself. The expectations are:

Players/Parents/Guardians discuss the situation and work through the issue with the Team Manager/Coach, the Team Manager/Coach discuss and work through the issue either with the Governors group or CAHL Director or Local Executive, then the CAHL Director or Local Executive contacts the correct person in the CAHL to resolve or get answers that are required.

It is expected that this process be followed as deviation from this causes significant impact to the league volunteers time commitment for completing the tasks they have.
